KPOP in the Sunset

As the sun sets over downtown Minneapolis, hundreds of K-pop fans gather for an evening filled with music, dancing, shopping, food, and community.

KPOP IN THE SUNSET is MNKPOPCONNECT’s signature outdoor summer celebration, bringing together fans of all ages for a relaxed and energetic experience at The Commons Park.

Event Details

This is your opportunity to connect directly with a passionate and highly engaged audience while showcasing your products, artwork, merchandise, services, or brand.

 

Whether you're a small business, artist, creator, clothing brand, collector, or community organization, KPOP IN THE SUNSET offers a unique platform to reach customers who are excited to discover something new.

Vendor Spaces Are Limited

​

Vendor spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Due to the popularity of the event and anticipated attendance, we encourage interested vendors to apply early to secure their space.

​

Please note that submitting a vendor application alone does not reserve or guarantee a vendor space. Vendor spaces are not secured until full payment has been received. Applications without payment may be released if space becomes limited or the event reaches capacity.

Once payment has been received, vendors will receive additional event information closer to the event date, including setup instructions, load-in details, event guidelines, and booth placement information.

Acknowledgement

By participating as a food/drink or general merchandise vendor at MNKPOPCONNECT events hosted in partnership with Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board (MPRB), the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following:


  • I understand that vendor spaces are limited and applications may close early once full.

  • I understand submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • I agree to follow all event setup, safety, and cleanup guidelines if selected.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and providing all required licenses, permits, and certifications requested by Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board (MPRB) prior to the event. Food vendors must provide valid food service licenses and comply with all Minnesota health and safety regulations.

  • Vendors are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local, state, and federal taxes related to their sales and business operations.

  • Vendors agree to operate in compliance with all applicable Minnesota state laws, regulations, and event guidelines.

  • Vendors understand and agree that MNKPOPCONNECT and the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board (MPRB) are not liable for any loss, damages, injuries, theft, accidents, food-related illnesses, or claims arising from the vendor’s participation in the event.

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNKPOPCONNECT and MPRB from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions resulting from the vendor’s operations, products, staff, or services.

  • Vendors are encouraged to maintain their own general liability insurance and any additional insurance coverage necessary for their business operations during the event.
