Annual Vendor Package — Terms & Conditions
Thank you for applying to be a vendor with MNKPOPCONNECT for our annual vendor package! We’re excited to welcome your business to our events and help you connect with thousands of fans, artists, and community members throughout the year.
What Your Annual Vendor Package Includes
As part of your annual vendor package, you’ll receive benefits that may include:

Reserved vendor space(s) at designated events throughout the year, including showings such as KPOP MINNECON and other seasonal vendor markets.

Early access to vendor listings in official promotions and social media features.

Priority booth placement and communication support.

Opportunities for seasonal sales, special events, and featured vendor showcases.
Your package details and booth assignment will be sent via email after full payment is processed.
Payment & Confirmation

Full payment is due at the time of booking your annual vendor package.

Your space and package benefits are not confirmed until we receive full payment.
Cancellation & Termination Policy — Please Read Carefully
We understand that plans can change. Here are our official terms regarding cancellations and early termination:
Early Termination of Vendor Package

If your business chooses to terminate your annual vendor package before the end of the contract year, you must submit a written Termination Notice at least 14 calendar days (2 weeks) before the next scheduled event date you are registered for.

IF TERMINATION NOTICE IS NOT RECEIVED 14 DAYS BEFORE THE NEXT EVENT, your vendor payment is considered non-refundable for that event period and your package benefits will remain active until the originally agreed expiration date.
Discount Recalculation After Termination

When the annual vendor package is terminated early and the discount was applied at the time of purchase, we will retroactively adjust the discount to reflect the standard single-event rate for events already attended or scheduled.

This means you may owe the difference between the discounted annual rate and the standard full price rate for any single event participation that occurred under the annual package discount prior to termination.

Example: If you purchased an annual vendor package with a discount and then decide to terminate early, your vendor participation fees for events already attended may be recalculated at the original single event rates instead of the discounted annual rate. Any outstanding balance owed after recalculation will be paid accordingly.
Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once processed unless you submit a valid Termination Notice within the stated window (14 days prior to the next event).

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events or no-shows after the termination deadline.

Your email will be time-stamped as the official date of receipt. Termination is not considered final until confirmed by MNKPOPCONNECT staff.
