2026 Annual Vendor Application

We are excited to invite businesses to participate as vendors at our 2026 events hosted at the St. Paul RiverCentre. This package provides vendors with exclusive benefits, including high-visibility booth placement, marketing support, and opportunities to connect with attendees throughout the year.

Event Dates:

  • Saturday, March 14, 2026

  • Saturday, June 20, 2026

  • Saturday, October 17, 2026

  • Saturday, December 19, 2026

How to Apply:

  1. Complete the online application below with your business information and products/services.

  2. Submit any required documentation, including business license and liability insurance.

  3. Submit your payment to confirm your booth space. A confirmation will be sent once payment is received.

  4. After submission, additional information on next steps, event logistics, and resources will be provided.

 

Application Deadline: March 1, 2026


Booth space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply early to secure your space for all 2026 events!

Note: We are not accepting food and drink vendors at this time. Interested drink vendors can reach out separately if interested in being part of our events by contacting us at info@mnkpopconnect.com.

Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment


By submitting this application, I acknowledge that submission does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. I understand that all vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted. I agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the event organizers. I certify that all information provided is accurate and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
