    • Vendors must set up their booth within the designated area and keep it within the space boundaries.

    • All displays, products, signage, and promotional materials should be appropriate, professional, and relevant to the event theme.

    • Any electrical or equipment needs must be communicated in advance and must meet safety standards.

  4. Health and Safety Guidelines

    • Please leave the booth area clean at the end of the event and dispose of all trash appropriately.
