This page contains important details for all Summer Bash vendors, including event logistics, setup and load-in instructions, venue policies, and other key information needed to prepare for a successful event. Load In/Out & Construction Notice - Please Read
Road construction is currently taking place around the Saint Paul RiverCentre and may impact traffic flow, parking access, and arrival times. Vendors are strongly encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and review current construction routes before the event. Please account for potential delays when scheduling your arrival for load-in and setup.
To help ensure a smooth arrival and setup experience, all vendors should review the information below before attending KPOP Summer Bash.
Construction Notice
The City of Saint Paul is currently completing a sidewalk expansion project along Kellogg Boulevard. Construction is expected to continue through November 2026 and may result in temporary road closures, detours, and changes to traffic patterns around Saint Paul RiverCentre. Please plan your route in advance and allow extra travel time when arriving at the venue.
Vendor Load-In & Load-Out
Important: All vendors must use the RiverCentre Loading Dock for both load-in and load-out.

Upon arrival, proceed to either the guard shack or the loading dock door and identify yourself as a vendor for MNKPOPCONNECT's RKDC. RiverCentre security and dock staff will assist you and direct you to the appropriate unloading area.
