Be part of the ultimate summer hangout — KPOP IN THE SUNSET — an evening full of dancing, fun, friends, and golden hour vibes.

As a vendor, you'll receive a designated 10’x10’ outdoor space within our curated vendor zone. This event draws a lively crowd looking to explore, dance, shop, and enjoy the summer vibe with friends.

Please note:

  • Tables, tents, and chairs are not provided.

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup.

  • Please note the following important vendor guidelines:

    • Due to Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board regulations for this event, we are unable to accept food booth tents.

  • We will only be accepting TWO food trucks at this event. Please select the appropriate selection at checkout. Space is not confirmed until payment is received.

Application Process in subsidiary with Minneapolis Parks & Rec Rules and Regulations:

  1. Vendor Application Form:

    • To begin the application process, vendors must complete the official Vendor Application Form, which can be found below.

    • The form requires basic information about your business, the products you wish to sell, and selection of booth size.

  2. Product Submission:

    • All vendors must submit a brief description of the products or services they plan to offer at the event. Submissions must align with the community-centered, family-friendly nature of KPOP IN THE SUNSET.

      The following will not be permitted:

      • Foul, indecent, or explicit content

      • Offensive language or imagery

      • Products promoting violence, hate, or discrimination

      MNKPOPCONNECT reserves the right to approve or deny vendor submissions based on these guidelines to ensure a welcoming environment for all attendees.

    Fee Structure:

    • Vendor fees for KPOP IN THE SUNSET are determined in coordination with a subsidiary of the City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, in accordance with local regulations and permitting requirements. This partnership ensures a safe, well-organized, and compliant event experience for everyone involved.

      Your participation not only supports MNKC and Mpls Parks and Rec event, but also contributes to our shared efforts with the city to create inclusive, vibrant spaces for community connection.

    • The application form will outline the vendor fee, for one booth size. Payment instructions will be provided upon submission of application.

    • To secure your spot, payment must be paid in full. Your space will not be confirmed until payment is complete.

    • All vendors are responsible for reporting and remitting their own sales taxes. We are not liable for any sales taxes incurred by vendors during the event. Each seller must have a valid 7-digit Minnesota tax ID number to legally operate in the state.  Please review and complete Form ST-19 for tax compliance. You can access the form by clicking here.

  3. Application Deadline:

    • Applications will be accepted until full capacity is reached. All applications must be submitted by Aug13th, 2025. Late applications will only be considered if space is available.

  4. Cancellation:

    • Cancellations can only be made up to 2 weeks prior to the event. If you choose not to proceed, kindly notify us as a courtesy to respect our community vendors. Please note that payments are non-refundable within four weeks of the event.
